Vantage RES Represents Marlton Tavern and Cinder Bar with Liquor License Transaction

Vantage Real Estate Services Represents Becketts Golf Course with Sale of Parcel

Cherry Hill, NJ [June 12, 2020] – Vantage Real Estate Services (VANTAGE RES) is pleased to announce the sale of a residential parcel associated with Becketts Golf Course in Woolwich Township, New Jersey. An independent developer acquired the 2-acre parcel from Swedesboro Corp. for an undisclosed sum. The residential developer has proposed a 3,500 SF single residential dwelling on the lot, part of Becketts Golf Course’s mixed-use sale of the 227-acre facility located in the heart of Gloucester County.
