Key Responsibilities:
- Researching the market for opportunities and new business
- Prospecting for new clients
- Maintaining relationships with current clients and meeting/updating as needed
- Advising clients in the development and execution of their business real estate investment strategies
- Service leads (leads provided by the company and/or team members)
- Negotiate leases/sales
- Close deals
Qualifications:
- New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware real estate license
- Be self-motivated and a self-starter
- Display leadership potential
- Display strong negotiation skills
- Work well in team setting and strong partnership abilities (i.e. work well with others)
- Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Display strong presentation skills potential
- Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients and associated professionals
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher
- Enthusiasm and passion for the industry
Vantage Property Managers, a Vantage Commercial affiliate, seeks a competent Property Manager to oversee assigned commercial and residential properties in New Jersey and eastern Pennsylvania. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated, professional, able to manage their workload efficiently, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Job Responsibilities:
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Being present on location (this is not a remote position)
- Maintaining a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Addressing tenant concerns or issues in a timely manner
- Scheduling and overseeing third party vendors
- Overseeing property’s personnel and assessing property’s performance
- Sourcing and building relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
- Collecting rent, and handling late payments, when necessary
- Collecting receivable accounts and handling operating expenses
- Accomplishing financial goals and reporting, periodically, on financial performance
- Preparing and managing budgets
- Maintaining records of income, expenses, signed leases, complaints, maintenance, etc.
- Managing all aspects of assigned properties
- Visiting sites on a regular basis
Job Qualifications:
Skills/Requirements
- Minimum of 3+ years of property management experience
- Real Estate license is required
- Qualified candidates without a RE license may procure a license prior to job commencement
- Clean driving record and a car
- Proven ability to multitask
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under any circumstances.
