Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching the market for opportunities and new business
  • Prospecting for new clients
  • Maintaining relationships with current clients and meeting/updating as needed
  • Advising clients in the development and execution of their business real estate investment strategies
  • Service leads (leads provided by the company and/or team members)
  • Negotiate leases/sales
  • Close deals

Qualifications:

  • New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware real estate license
  • Be self-motivated and a self-starter
  • Display leadership potential
  • Display strong negotiation skills
  • Work well in team setting and strong partnership abilities (i.e. work well with others)
  • Display excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Display strong presentation skills potential
  • Ability to learn in a fast-paced environment

Commercial real estate brokerage and advisory firm located in Cherry Hill, NJ, is searching for an experienced, reliable, and task-oriented Property Manager Assistant. The candidate will work directly with company executives and the property manager and will be responsible for performing several administrative duties. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, professional, capable of managing their workload and can prioritize tasks in a fast-paced real estate environment. Key Responsibilities:

Duties may include, but are not limited to

  • This position requires being on location (not remote)
  • Coordinating communications: taking calls, responding to emails, and interfacing with clients, tenants, and vendors
  • Preparing internal and external corporate documents for team members, industry partners, vendors and tenants
  • Scheduling meetings and appointments
  • Maintaining an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Upholding a strict level of confidentiality
  • Developing and sustaining a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Assisting property management team with following:
    – Communications with tenants, vendors, and property owners
    – CAM reconciliations
    – Manage maintenance calls
    – Manage property inspections
    – Emergency management and calls
    – Other daily tasks and duties related to property management

Qualifications:

Skills/Requirements

  • Minimum of 3+ years of experience as an administrative assistant OR a property management assistant
  • Real Estate license is required
    – Qualified candidates without a RE license may procure a license prior to job commencement
  • Clean driving record and a car
  • Proven ability to multitask
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
  • Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain a professional demeanor under any circumstances.
